About the founder

Meghha Tyage

Founder & Clinical Director, URJA

I am not building a clinic. I am building a standard.

URJA is my answer to a question that stayed with me for years: why is physiotherapy in India so often uncertain, unmeasured, and undervalued — when it does not have to be?

I did not want to open one more clinic that depends on one more person being in the room. I set out to build something that can be trusted, repeated, and grown — a brand where the standard of care is designed in, not left to chance.

The vision

A physiotherapy brand India can actually trust — and grow with.

URJA begins as one clinic in Noida. It is designed to become something larger: a name that means measured, honest, high-standard care wherever it appears.

My goal is not to be the best physiotherapist in the room. It is to build a system so good that every URJA therapist delivers care I would trust with my own family.

  • 01
Standard over personality Care that does not rise or fall with who happens to be treating you. The same measured standard, every time.
  • 02
Built to grow Systems, protocols and training designed from day one to work across many clinics — not just this one.
  • 03
Lifting the profession Therapists paid, respected and developed as the skilled clinicians they are. Better care starts with valuing the people who deliver it.

Why I can build this

Two careers most people keep separate. URJA needs both.

Most healthcare businesses are run either by a clinician who has never built a company, or by a businessperson who has never treated a patient. URJA is built by someone who has done both — and that is exactly what a scalable, trustworthy brand requires.

The clinical half

I know what good care is

A physiotherapy degree with a specialisation in NeuroRehabilitation from London and MBA in  healthcare management from Wales, UK. This is why URJA's protocols are clinically sound — the standard is set by someone who understands the treatment, not just the business.

The business half

I know how to build systems

Sixteen-plus years running a company — pricing, operations, hiring, standards, and thousands of real customer conversations. This is why URJA can actually deliver that standard consistently, and grow beyond a single room.

Day to day, treatment at URJA is delivered by our clinical physiotherapists. My role is to design the standard they work to, and to make sure every patient receives it.

The people who treat you

Care is delivered by qualified physiotherapists, to a shared standard.

My role is to design the standard. Their role is to deliver it, every day, to every     patient. Both are registered physiotherapists working within URJA's measured,     outcome-led framework.

Every URJA physiotherapist works to the same assessment, scoring and reassessment     framework — so the standard of care does not depend on which of us you see.

What we stand for

Four things URJA will not compromise on.

01

Measurement over opinion

Progress is a number we can show you — not a feeling we ask you to take on trust.

02

Honesty over revenue

If you need fewer sessions, or a doctor instead of us, we say so — even when it costs us the booking.

03

A standard, not a star

Great care should not depend on getting the right therapist. At URJA, the standard is the same for everyone.

04

Independence over dependence

We aim to give you back your body and your confidence — and then to become unnecessary.

Experience the standard

The best way to understand URJA is to be measured by it.

Book a first assessment. Sixty minutes, a real score, a written plan, and an honest answer about what you need. This is the standard URJA is built on — come and see it for yourself.
