Programmes
Choose an outcome, not a number of sessions.
Every URJA programme runs through the same four phases — assess, restore, rebuild, return. What changes is the content, shaped around what you are recovering from. Your assessment decides which one fits, and whether you need one at all.
The three programmes

Restore Active™
Back & neck pain · sports injuries · strains and sprains
For pain and injury that is holding you back from work, sport or daily life. The goal is simple: out of pain, and back to moving without thinking about it.
PHASE 01
Assess
Full assessment and your baseline Body Health Score.
PHASE 02
Restore
Reduce pain, restore movement, hands-on treatment.
PHASE 03
Rebuild
Progressive strength work for your activity.
PHASE 04
Return
Back to full activity with a home programme.
Restore Post-Op™
Knee & hip replacement · ACL · spinal & shoulder surgery
A longer, carefully staged programme that follows your surgeon's protocol and takes you from early protection through to full function — without rushing the tissue or holding you back once you are ready.
PHASE 01
Assess
Baseline with your surgical protocol reviewed.
PHASE 02
Protect
Swelling control and safe early movement.
PHASE 03
Rebuild
Full range and functional strength.
PHASE 04
Return
Back to life, with long-term joint care.
Restore Desk™
Chronic neck, shoulder & back pain from desk work
For pain that keeps coming back because the cause never changed. Treatment plus the two things that actually prevent recurrence: changing how you sit, and understanding why the pain persists.
PHASE 01
Assess
Posture, workstation and movement pattern review.
PHASE 02
Reset
Pain education and nervous system down-regulation.
PHASE 03
Reprogram
Movement retraining and desk-break habits.
PHASE 04
Sustain
Monthly check-ins to prevent recurrence.

Not sure where you fit?
Answer two questions for a starting point.
This points you toward the right programme. It is not a diagnosis and it is not a quote — your actual plan and price are set at your assessment.
1 What best describes your situation?
2 How long has it been going on?
What it costs to start
One assessment fee. Everything else is quoted to you in person.
Your first visit is a full 60-minute assessment. At the end you receive a written plan and a fixed programme price — so you know the total before you commit, with no per-session surprises.

ASSESSMENT_FEE
Includes the full clinical assessment, your Body Health Score, a written plan, and a fixed price for your recommended programme.
Programmes are priced as a fixed total, not per session. We explain exactly what is included before you decide, and there is never any pressure to continue beyond what you clinically need.
To be clear about billing
Weeks are the timeline. You only pay for sessions you attend.
"Six weeks" describes how your recovery is spaced out — not the number of visits, and not what you are charged. Here is exactly how it works.
01
Weeks are a timeline, not a bill
A 6-week programme means your recovery is planned across 6 weeks so tissue heals and strength builds at the right pace. It does not mean 6 weeks of daily charges.
02
You come 1–3 times a week
Most programmes mean two or three visits a week, sometimes fewer as you improve. So a 6-week programme is usually around 10 to 14 sessions in total — not 42.
03
You are charged per session attended
Your programme has a fixed price agreed at the assessment, based on the number of sessions planned. If you finish early, you pay for what you used. Nothing is charged for days you do not come in.
You will always know your total before your programme begins. There are no hidden per-day fees, and no charge for the weeks in between your sessions.
